This Privacy Policy explains how Flickly ("Flickly," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you visit flickly.co and use our AI-powered polling and research platform (the "Service").

This Privacy Policy applies to information collected through the Service, including:
It does not apply to third-party websites or services that may link to or integrate with Flickly.
We collect information you provide directly, such as:
When you use the Service, we process and store content associated with your account or workspace, such as:
Important: Please do not upload or ask for sensitive personal information (for example, government IDs, health data, or financial account numbers) unless you have a clear legal basis and it is necessary for your use case.
We automatically collect certain information about your device and usage, including:
We use cookies and similar technologies (such as pixels and local storage) for authentication and security, preferences, analytics, and marketing measurement. See Section 7 for more details.

Flickly uses AI to help design polls, analyze responses, and turn opinions into insight. Every response also feeds a living Opinion Graph that helps surface trends across audiences.
To generate outputs, your prompts and related content may be processed by Flickly systems, third-party infrastructure providers (such as hosting and storage), and AI model providers where applicable. We only share what is necessary to operate the Service.
We may use de-identified and aggregated data (such as feature-usage patterns and anonymized response trends) to improve the Service and the Opinion Graph. We do not use your private workspace content (your polls, uploaded media, or prompts tied to your identity) to train models made available to other customers without your explicit consent. If we offer an optional program to improve models using customer content, we will provide clear disclosures and controls.
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information in these situations:
We share information with vendors who help us operate the Service (such as hosting, databases, analytics, customer-support tooling, and payment processing). These providers may use information only as needed to provide services to us and must protect it.
If you use a workspace or team account, other members may be able to view information associated with shared content, such as your name, email, and shared polls, depending on workspace settings.
Responses are shared with the client whose poll the respondent answered. Where possible we share responses in aggregate or de-identified form, and we do not reveal a respondent's identity beyond what they choose to provide.
We may disclose information if we believe it is reasonably necessary to comply with law, court orders, or valid legal requests; to protect the rights, property, and safety of Flickly, our users, or the public; or to investigate fraud, security, or technical issues.
If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
We may share information when you ask us to or give consent, such as integrations you enable.
You can disable cookies in your browser, but some features may not work correctly.
Some browsers offer "Do Not Track" signals. Because there is no uniform standard, we do not respond to all such signals.
We retain personal information and content for as long as necessary to provide the Service, meet legal and compliance requirements, and resolve disputes or enforce agreements.
If you delete your account or request deletion, we will delete or anonymize your information within a commercially reasonable period, unless we are legally required to retain it (for example, for tax, fraud prevention, or compliance). Backups may persist briefly before being overwritten.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information, such as encryption in transit and access controls. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We may process and store information in India and in other countries where we or our service providers operate. These locations may have different data-protection laws. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers.
The Service is not intended for children under 18, or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and depending on where you live, you may have rights such as:
To exercise your rights, email sales@flickly.co. We may request verification of your identity before fulfilling a request.
The Service may contain links to third-party sites or allow integrations. Your use of third-party services is governed by their privacy policies, not ours.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the updated policy and update the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated policy.
